My Approach
Mindfulness Practice
Workshops and retreats are designed for parents and educators to relax, refresh, and renew. My approach links restorative yoga practices with meditation and reflection to help you build a personal collection of strategies to use in your daily life.
Collaborative Parent Coaching
We will engage in an evidence-based coaching process designed to promote connectedness and parenting satisfaction. Sessions take place in your home or virtually utilizing a mindful parenting practices framework.
Education Consulting
We will work together to achieve goals that will help your child feel successful at school and ease stress at home. Keeping in mind that you know your child best, I will be a thought-partner and advocate in navigating learning differences, the IFSP/IEP/504 process, and services.
